Beef and Mixed Mushroom Stir Fry with Butter Soy Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200g of beef shabu shabu

  • 150g of assorted mushrooms- shitake, enoki and shimeiji

  • 10g salted butter

  • Soy sauce

  • Coarsely ground black pepper

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

METHOD:
  1. Lightly season the beef with salt and pepper. Shred the mushroms into easy-to-eat pieces.

  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan, spread the beef shabu shabu and cook quickly unti it is still a bit red. Remove from pan and set it aside to a plate

  3. Heat butter over medium heat, then stir fry mushrooms

  4. When mushrooms are cooked, return the beef to the frying pan and stir-fry quickly.

  5. Add some coarsely ground black pepper, swirl in some soy sauce and serve.
